Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy

PCGREEN.COM shall not be held liable for any lost or mis-delivered orders while in the possession of the local courier.
***Orders for delivery outside the Philippines are currently not accepted.***

Items are usually shipped to the customer within 3 to 5 business days from the day payment is received.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

Returns will only be entertained in the unlikely event that you are shipped a defective item. 
Damage due to normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Requests for exchange will only 
be entertained up to 7 days after the item is received.

To request for an exchange, please e-mail pcgreen@gmail.com with the subject, 
"Request to Return Damaged Item". Please include pictures of the damaged portions. 
You can also contact us to our facebook page "PC GREEN Trading Corporation" for fast transaction. 
Our team shall then send you instructions on how to return the product.

In the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. our delivered item/s do not match your order on record), 
the buyer shall have one (1) working day from receipt of the item/s to report the error to pcgreen@gmail.com. 
We will then contact you with further details on how to exchange your item.

 

Late Returns

Any item returned after 1 day from order date is not eligible for refund.
